Qualifications

As the Lead Educator, you will be responsible for guiding a team of childcare professionals, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment, and fostering positive relationships with children and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of childcare staff, providing guidance and support.
