Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Childcare Educator to oversee daily operations at our vibrant Johannesburg early learning center. You will guide a team of educators, deliver high-quality, play-based learning, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that supports each child's development.

The role requires a relevant ECD qualification, at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership and communication skills, and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• ECD qualification or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role in childcare.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
