Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical process development with leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in process scale-up, reactor design, and separation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of chemical engineers in the design, development, and scale-up of new chemical processes.
• Oversee pilot plant operations, analyzing data to validate process designs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines for process development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the process lifecycle.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and engineering departments to ensure seamless technology transfer.
• Present technical findings and project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
