Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Chemical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of progressive chemical R&D experience.
• Proven track record in process design, scale-up, and optimization.
• Expertise in reaction engineering, separation processes, and process modeling software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimental design skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D of new chemical processes from concept to pilot scale.
• Design and run complex experiments, analyze data, and build process models.
• Collaborate with chemists, materials scientists, and production engineers for tech transfer.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies for potential application.
• Author technical reports, prepare presentations, and contribute to IP filings.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior R&D engineers and scientists.
