The role demands a Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering with 12+ years in the field, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, and strong expertise in process safety management.

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in chemical engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing complex projects with budget and resource allocation.
