Qualifications

• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Manage project backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks for the development team to ensure smooth progress.
