Job summary

Capitec Bank Limited is seeking a Coordinator III: Supply Chain Management to coordinate and enhance last-mile delivery and courier operations across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring reliable and cost-efficient delivery execution for customers.

The role emphasizes service-level monitoring, track-and-trace visibility, exception handling, reporting, and continuous improvement with courier partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience coordinating delivery operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Liaising with senior stakeholders and external entities such as vendors.
• Experience using influence and negotiation to drive objectives and delivery.
• Proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Experience in courier, transport and last-mile distribution operations (B2B/B2C).
• Experience managing end-to-end courier performance, including track-and-trace, SLA monitoring and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve last-mile distribution and courier operations across B2B and B2C channels.
• Support reliable, cost-effective and customer-focused delivery execution through courier partner coordination.
• Monitor service levels, track-and-trace visibility, and exception management.
• Produce regular reporting and drive continuous improvement in courier operations.
