Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient routing and scheduling strategies for a large delivery fleet across Cape Town .

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of delivery supervisors and drivers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Implement and utilize advanced tracking and logistics software to monitor fleet movements and delivery progress in real-time.
