National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector in Bloemfontein seeks a Labour Relations Enforcement Officer with a strong understanding of collective agreements and labour law. You will promote, monitor, and enforce compliance within the Council’s registered scope, and handle investigations and compliance orders.

The role requires Grade 12, post-matric studies in Labour Relations or HR, 2–3 years in Labour Relations, and 1–2 years in Collective Bargaining or Labour Law enforcement.

• Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote, monitor, and enforce compliance with Collective Agreements within the Council’s scope.
• Interpret clauses and issue Compliance Orders to non-compliant companies.
• Calculate amounts owing to the Council for non-compliance.
• Negotiate, draft, and sign settlement agreements with employer representatives.
• Lead enforcement cases through arbitration and prosecute non-compliant employers.
• Conduct inspections and issue findings reports.
• Explain inspection reports to stakeholders to avoid future non-compliance.
• Execute legal documents such as compliance orders, notices of arbitration, and awards.
• Provide training and information sessions to employer representatives and employees.
