Qualifications
- Networking knowledge includingLAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, routing and switching
- Experience with network monitoring tools and security fundamentals
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and incident management processes
- Willingness to learn and adapt to enterprise networking environments
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and availability using network management tools
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, wireless APs, firewalls)
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers as needed
- Document incidents, resolutions and troubleshooting procedures
