Job summary

1Life Insurance seeks a recent graduate to join its Learning and Development team as an intern in Gauteng. You will manage learner records, maintain the LMS, coordinate training interventions and prepare reports to support learning initiatives.

You will also provide administrative support across the L&D department, log IT requests, and help ensure compliance with internal controls while building strong relationships with internal clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Administration, Human Resources, Training or related field.

Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain employee training records and LMS data.
• Coordinate training interventions and induction sessions, ensuring schedules run smoothly.
• Prepare reports and assist with analytical insights for L&D
• Provide administrative support and coordinate department operations, including budgeting and catering as needed.
• Build relationships with internal clients to support L&D initiatives
