Job summary

takealot.com is seeking a Learning and Development Practitioner in Cape Town to lead end-to-end design, development and execution of innovative learning programs. You will champion blended learning, mentor interns and graduates, and collaborate with business leaders to ensure ROI.

The role reports to the Head of Learning and Development. You will manage projects, design assessments, and drive stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, HRM or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, with emphasis on training delivery and instructional design.
• Experience with blended learning and LMS data management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver innovative learning programs and curricula.
• Facilitate blended learning experiences across digital, in-person and hybrid formats.
• Conduct needs analyses, develop assessment tools and measure learning ROI.
