Placements24 is seeking a proactive Branch Manager to lead our Klerksdorp branch in the North West. You will oversee daily operations, drive business development, and ensure exceptional customer service while safeguarding regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years in banking or financial services management, a relevant degree, and strong leadership and people skills. You will manage a team, handle budgets, and build relationships with local clients and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in banking or financial services management.
• Proven track record in branch operations, sales and customer relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Klerksdorp branch with compliance.
• Drive branch sales & growth targets.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and cost controls.
• Build relationships with clients and local businesses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Represent the branch at local events and network in North West.
• Monitor performance and provide training.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
