Job summary

Pedros is seeking a Digital Ordering Systems Administrator to join our Technical Team. The role focuses on deployment, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of digital ordering platforms including kiosks and customer-facing systems.

You will ensure reliability, efficiency and optimal performance while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/IS or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience supporting kiosk platforms, POS systems or digital ordering technologies.
• Experience administering customer-facing digital ordering systems in a retail/QSR or hospitality environment.
• Experience with remote device management and software deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and commission kiosk environments for store openings and hardware replacements.
• Provide first and second-line support for kiosk, payment, software, hardware, network and integration incidents.
• Maintain integrations between kiosks, Micros Simphony POS, Transaction Junction and other digital ordering solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and development teams to implement system enhancements and produce availability reports.
