Job summary

Pronto Labour Team is seeking a seasoned Key Accounts Manager with FMCG/Consumer Goods and B2B experience to drive sales and market growth in South Africa. The role requires meeting targets, implementing promotions, and identifying new opportunities across Africa when required.

The ideal candidate holds a sales/marketing qualification and a matric, with strong MS Office skills and a valid driver’s license. Travel readiness and a clean record are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric is required and a tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods with B2B exposure is essential.
• Must be able to travel nationally/Africa when required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed targets and drive the Sales & Commercial Action Plan.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client base.
• Ensure credit processes are followed and managed.
• Mobilize, implement and action promotions and trade shows.
• Provide reports on trade performance and market intelligence.
