Hire Resolve is seeking a Junior Technical Insurance Specialist to join our client's Technical Adviser Support team in the Financial Services environment. The role focuses on supporting a large network of advisers with complex advice related matters and collaborating with product providers to keep the policy suite competitive.

You will handle pre-audit documentation for large cases, assist with underwriting and claims processes, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in personal and commercial lines with exposure to underwriting and claims processes
• NQF5 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Pre-audit gathering of compliance and renewal documentation for large case policies across personal and commercial lines.
• Suggest and improve the large case review process.
• Apply short-term insurance knowledge to solve technical problems across personal lines and commercial lines.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations relevant to personal and commercial lines and specialist classes.
• Provide technical support to team members, including presentations and analysis for business efficiency.
• Support ad hoc Technical Advice projects and identify efficiencies within the Team.
• Coordinate engagement sessions between advisers, Relationship Managers and product providers.
• Track progress on cross-functional projects and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage TAS Insure central mailboxes.

Hire Resolve is looking for a Junior Technical Insure Specialist to join our clients team. This role requires a short-term specialist in the Financial Services environment with in-depth experience on personal lines and commercial lines including specialist classes. It is based in their Technical Adviser Support team.

The role is overall responsible to support a large network of advisers with complex advice related matters. This includes working closely with product providers ensuring that our product suite remain competitive

Responsibilities

• As a primary responsibility, pre-audit gathering of compliance and renewal documentation (e.g. renewal schedules, records of advice, compliance confirmations, loss ratio history and risk information) in order to prepare and review accurate large case policies across personal lines and commercial lines.
• On an ongoing basis suggest and improve the large case review process
• Apply short-term insurance knowledge to solve technical related problems across personal lines and commercial lines
• Keep abreast of industry regulations and standards relevant to personal lines, commercial lines and specialist classes
• Provide technical support to other team members, including preparing presentations and analysis aimed at increasing business efficiency.
• Support ad hoc Technical Advice projects and continuously identify and introduce efficiencies within the Team
• Coordinate engagement sessions between internal and/or external stakeholders (advisers, Relationship Managers, product providers)
• Track progress on team and cross-functional group-wide projects, providing support to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships
• As a primary responsibility, effective handling of internal requests, including oversight and management of the TAS Insure central mailboxes.
