You will lead a team, provide sales support and training, ensure underwriting alignment with product initiatives, and drive performance through reporting and system improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' underwriting or technical sales experience in short-term insurance.
• Sound technical knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial products, rating and policy wordings.
• Working knowledge of reinsurance, including treaty limits and facultative placements.
• Experience in specialist classes such as products liability.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a team.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel; proficient in Word and Outlook.
