Job summary

You will contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and dining experiences while upholding food safety and hygiene. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a senior Chef de Partie position within a quality hotel, resort or restaurant.
• A relevant culinary qualification would be advantageous.
• Strong cooking skills and a sound understanding of kitchen operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• A strong focus on food quality, consistency and presentation.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
