• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure efficient service.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes per culinary standards.
• Assist with menu planning, food preparation and special dining requirements.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage and assist with stock control.
• Support staff training and maintain a positive, professional kitchen environment.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and fully operational.
