The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef, oversee kitchen operations, and lead a team to ensure quality, hygiene, and cost control during busy services.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen position within a luxury hotel, lodge or high-end restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food and presentation.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and cost control.
• A professional attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
