Profile Personnel in Qonce is seeking a Junior Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy retail site.

The successful candidate will have retail experience, strong leadership and stock control skills, and be able to ensure compliance, accuracy of daily sales, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably in an assistant manager or supervisor role.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Experience with stock, cash, sales and operational controls.
• Good understanding of retail administration and compliance.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operational management of the site.

• Ensure daily sales are accurately accounted for and banked.

• Ensure compliance with company, franchise, statutory and legal requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve queries or complaints.
• Complete and submit required daily, weekly, monthly and incident reports.
• Ensure the site operates efficiently and consistently meets required standards.
