MyCareerCraft is seeking a Senior National Retail Operations Manager to lead operations across fuel, retail, and food outlets. You will manage day-to-day activities, build strong relationships with franchisees, and help shape a 5-year growth strategy as a hands-on leader across multiple sites.

You will oversee budgets, sales targets, and stock levels while using data to drive performance and improvements. The role requires travel to sites regularly and strong leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• A completed tertiary qualification.
• Management-level experience in FMCG or retail.
• Strong financial skills – budgets, margins, and reporting.
• Proficient with data, reporting and Excel/Sheets.
• Willingness to travel to sites regularly.
