Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, supervise staff and drive exceptional customer service in a busy retail or hospitality setting.

You will lead by example, oversee stock and shifts, ensure policy compliance, and help achieve sales and operational targets while remaining flexible for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
• 1–2 years’ supervisory or management experience
• Previous retail or hospitality experience
• Comfortable working long hours, weekends and public holidays
• Reliable, hands-on and confident in managing people and operations

Responsibilities
