Profile Personnel in Qonce is seeking a Junior Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy retail site. This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready to step into a management position.

The successful candidate will receive the necessary support and training to take full responsibility for the site, ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Good understanding of retail administration and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operational management of the site.
• Manage staff, including recruitment, rosters, performance, discipline and welfare.
• Drive and monitor fuel and retail sales and overall profitability.
• Manage stock control, including ordering, merchandising, shrinkage and wastage.
• Ensure daily sales are accurately accounted for and securely banked.
• Maintain and manage site assets, equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company, franchise, statutory and legal requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve queries or complaints.
• Complete and submit required daily, weekly, monthly and incident reports.
• Ensure the site operates efficiently and consistently meets required standards.
