Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Limited is seeking a capable Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily openings and closings, maintain health and safety standards, and manage POS systems in Sandton. The role involves supervising a team, scheduling shifts, training, stock control, invoices, and cash reconciliation.

You will address guest inquiries and build relationships with regular patrons. Applicants should have Grade 12, a formal hospitality qualification, and at least 2 years' experience in casual dining

• Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and build relationships with regular patrons.

Requirements:
