Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily service, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include managing openings/closings, stock control, and POS operations, while delivering training and performance feedback to staff. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate.
• A formal hospitality qualification.
• 2+ years as restaurant supervisor or similar in casual dining, hotels, or cafes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, cash-handling accuracy, and leadership under pressure.
• Weekend, public holidays and evening shifts required.
