Placements24 is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their Centurion team. This office-based role offers learning and mentorship as you work with senior consultants. You will engage with candidates, support client communication, and help manage the recruitment process from sourcing to scheduling interviews.

The position emphasizes a proactive learner mindset, strong communication, and teamwork within a collaborative environment, with exposure to various industries and roles.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices.

Responsibilities
