Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase requisitions and generating purchase orders.
• Contact suppliers to confirm orders, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Maintain organized records of procurement documents and supplier information.
• Help evaluate supplier quotes and bids for goods and services.
• Track the status of orders and liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Support senior procurement staff with ad-hoc purchasing duties and data entry.
