Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
• Internship or entry-level purchasing/administration experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and clear communication.
• Eagerness to learn and develop procurement and supply chain skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders under supervision.
• Support sourcing by obtaining quotes from approved suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
• Help prepare basic procurement reports and analyze supplier price lists.
