Managed People Solutions in Lephalale, Limpopo, offers an 18-month internship for unemployed TVET graduates as Junior Merchandisers.

Participants will determine stock, draw requirements, check vintage and stock rotation, apply price tags, promote products, and record merchandising activities.

Stipend is R3,500 per month for under-28 entrants with an N6 TVET Certificate; this programme provides hands-on experience and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the TVET N6 Certificate.
• Under 28 years old as of application.
• 18-month internship with workplace experience program.
• Opportunity to gain hands-on merchandising experience under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Determine stock to be merchandised
• Draw stock requirements
• Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
• Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions
• Effectively record merchandising activities
• Execute calls as per call cycle
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products
