Job summary

Managed People Solutions Pty in Centurion, Gauteng, is offering a 18-month internship for unemployed TVET graduates who have completed an N6 certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. The programme provides hands-on workplace experience as Junior Merchandisers with a monthly stipend of R3,500 and a structured learning path.

Interns will support stock planning, merchandising cycles, promotions, and customer interactions, while gaining exposure to stock

Qualifications

• Under 28 years old.
• N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management or Marketing Management.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation and price tags.
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests.
• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions.
• Record merchandising activities.
• Execute calls as per call cycle.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
