Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Bar Supervisor, Junior Bar Manager, or similar hospitality management role.

Responsabilidades

Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Junior Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy pool bar in Randburg. The successful candidate will have previous bar management experience or similar, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operational functioning while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Bar Supervisor, Junior Bar Manager, or similar hospitality management role.
• Previous experience within a bar, pub, restaurant, club, or hospitality environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of stock control and cash handling procedures.
• Experience managing and supervising staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Preferably residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Randburg.
