Job summary

Raubex Building Cape is seeking a Junior IT Support Technician on a contract basis. The role supports end‑user services and the IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Windows 11, hardware deployments, and network installations at remote sites.

Candidate should have 2–4 years of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel. Relevant IT qualification and certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years IT support experience.
• Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site IT support across Microsoft 365, Windows, and core business software.
• Triage, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets within SLAs.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new and existing users.
• Administer user accounts, mailboxes, groups, licences, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Install, upgrade, patch, and deploy OSes.
• Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repairs with suppliers.
