Job summary

BCXP is seeking a Tech Officer: Jnr Customer Engineer (DWM) for a fixed term contract in Limpopo, Ellisras. The role provides technical assistance and maintenance of computer systems and AV equipment, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include installing and diagnosing systems, liaising with third parties, performing root cause analysis, and supporting 1st/2nd level EUM services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT end-user support experience with SLA call management

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and maintenance of computer systems and AV equipment
• Install, discontinue, relocate and diagnose client systems to minimise downtime
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests, providing updates until resolution
• Assist with 1st and 2nd level EUM support and troubleshooting of applications and devices
