Job summary

Bidvest Protea Coin is seeking a security professional to handle exhibits, recoveries, and crime-scene procedures. You will photo-document incidents, assist with searches and seizures, and manage safe-keeping of recoveries within the FPR framework.

You may arrest and detain suspects in line with SAPS procedures, and assist in opening dockets for BPC and SAPS. The role requires vigilance, strong communication, and the ability to work with integrity under pressure, including adherence to

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of investigation/store controller/FPR will be advantage.
• Valid Certificate of Fitness (COF) unless transferred from site without medical facilities.
• Bilingual ( English and any other South African language)
• Sound communication skill ( verbal and in writing)
• Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills
• Fire Arm Competency (handgun) and Regulation 21 Code 8 driving Licence
• Clean disciplinary, criminal record
