Job summary

The role requires strong communication, data accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior call centre or customer service experience is advantageous, along with basic SAP/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric equivalent is required.
• Sales qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or call centre is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Attention to detail and data capture accuracy.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver quality service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• PC literate with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer transactions accurately and timeously; manage orders from entry to finalisation.
• Handle customer feedback regarding order statuses and inquiries per policies.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and provide professional service and support.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and business departments.
• Use initiative to resolve customer queries promptly.
• Promote total customer satisfaction through prompt query resolution.
