Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries about orders, deliveries, status, and service matters.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisor or relevant department.
• Keep customers informed on progress and outcomes.
• Capture orders accurately in the BC system and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain order accuracy to protect revenue and minimize errors.
