Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate or diploma in administration or construction is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating construction activities.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, schedules, and communications.
• Maintain project records and ensure information accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between site teams, management, and subcontractors.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate site visits and meetings and prepare materials.
• Support procurement processes, including order tracking and vendor liaison.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Learn to use project management software and tools.
• Provide admin support to the Pietermaritzburg PM team.
