Placements24 in Richards Bay is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. You will work with Project Managers, team members, and stakeholders to provide administrative and operational support on site.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a desire to learn project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resource allocation , and team communication.
• Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and escalation issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain project records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder expectations and communication flow.
