Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Basic networking, OS, hardware and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiar with Windows 10/11; Linux/macOS is a plus.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi and local networking.
• Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Adaptable, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Preference for Work Integrated Learning (WIL) students.

• Participate in system updates and asset auditing.
• Assist with automation scripting and other operational projects.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, computer hardware, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 (Linux or macOS knowledge is an advantage).
