Qualifications

• Code B Driver’s License without endorsements is essential.
• Microsoft, A+, or N+ certification advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Knowledge of desktops/laptops and peripheral hardware.
• Basic understanding of Information Security principles.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT operations across End User Support and other IT areas.
• Collaborate with IT team to maintain desktops/laptops and peripherals.
• Support information security awareness and basic controls.
• Assist with documentation and ticket handling as needed.
• Participate in team activities and learning sessions.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
