Job summary

TWK Agri is launching a Human Resources Trainee Manager Graduate Programme. The successful candidate will be placed in the Human Resources Department, gaining hands-on exposure to Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Performance Management, with structured training and mentorship.

During the programme you will support HR administration, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail, as part of an entry-level

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12.
• University degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field (2024 or 2025).
• Strong interest in Human Resources and people-focused work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Supporting onboarding activities and general HR administration.
• Assisting with training and development coordination, including training records and skills development administration.
• Supporting performance management processes, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Capturing, updating, and maintaining employee information on HR systems.
• Assisting with adhoc HR reports and projects.
• Supporting compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Assisting with employee communication and HR query management.
• Providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team.
• Participating in structured training, mentorship, and assessments as part of the graduate programme.
