Job summary

RCL Foods is inviting graduates to join a Management Trainee Programme in Human Resources. This accelerated development path blends technical HR skills with leadership training to shape your career at a fast pace.

The programme spans 4-5 years, offering practical work experiences, mentoring, and structured development plans. Trainees may rotate across sites/provinces and should be willing to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in B-Tech HR Management or BCom HR Management or BCom Industrial Psychology or Social Science Honours in Industrial, Organisational and Labour Studies (HR) or BA Honours in Industrial Psychology or BA HR/Management/Industrial Psychology or BBS in HR Management.

Responsibilities

• At the core of our Management Trainee Programme is authentic leadership.
• Graduates are given the opportunity to grow through a 4-5 year development programme, laying a strong foundation for a successful career.
• We begin with a practical introduction to our working environment, where Trainees gain experience which enables them to take ownership and responsibility of real business projects.
• Coupled with providing exposure, we invest in our Trainees’ personal development and growth through training, mentorship and structured developmental plans.
• Trainees are expected to have high levels of drive and initiative to remain focused on their development and contribution to the greater team.
• The Trainees that are successful in our programme may be required to rotate across various sites or provinces and therefore must be willing to relocate.
