Job summary

MiWay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern in Johannesburg to support the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting adverts to coordinating interviews and pre-employment checks. You will prioritise the candidate experience, manage recruitment administration, and ensure data accuracy across systems while keeping stakeholders updated.

You’ll collaborate with the TA team and HR, supporting site visits and onboarding tasks.

• Publish job adverts, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate site visits.
• Initiate pre-employment checks and ensure candidate experience remains top priority.
• Provide timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Update stakeholders on recruitment activity.
• Manage Talent Acquisition data and ensure systems are up-to-date.
• Perform other administrative duties as requested by TA leadership.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a vital role in helping us find, attract, and onboard top talent! ????You’ll support the Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting and publishing job adverts to coordinating interviews, site visits, and pre-employment checks. Your attention to detail and enthusiasm will ensure every step of the process runs smoothly and efficiently.Most importantly, you’ll help create a seamless, memorable experience for every candidate — because for you, the candidate experience always comes first.

Responsibilities

• Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment - publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits and initiating pre-employment checks
• Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority
• Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team
• Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the TA and HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
• Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
• Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team

Qualifications
