Placements24 seeks a dedicated Janitorial Services Manager for its client, a group of educational institutions in Paarl, Western Cape. You will lead a team of janitorial staff, develop cleaning programs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across classrooms, labs, dormitories, and offices.

The role requires at least 5 years in janitorial or facilities management, strong supervision, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a reputable group of educational institutions located in Paarl, Western Cape , is seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Services Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and hygienic environment across all campus facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, dormitories, administrative offices, and recreational areas. You will lead and manage a team of janitorial staff, oversee the implementation of cleaning schedules, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management or janitorial services, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards within an academic setting.

Key Responsibilities
