Job summary

Kwena Human Capital is seeking enthusiastic IT graduates to join as Trainee Technicians. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and support of IT systems while developing technical skills.

Under supervision, you will assist with problem-solving, reports, and on-site operations, including safety inspections and compliance with SHEQ rules. A Grade 12 and A+/N+ are required, with a driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and A+ and N+ certification are required.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time is essential.
• Willing to work standby and nightshift hours; valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, assist in customer problem-solving, operation, maintenance, and start-up support for pre-assembled products.
• Deliver site reports, job cards, travel expenses, and stock reports, ensuring compliance with SHEQ rules and regulations.
• Perform safety inspections, use PPE correctly, and report unsafe conditions on site.
