Job summary

Persona Staff in Cape Town is seeking an IT Support Technician to handle frontline IT support tasks, install and configure Windows environments, and support Office 365 deployments.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications (A+/N+ or MCSE/MCITP). Strong networking and WLAN/WAN/LAN knowledge are required, with familiarity in Ubiquiti products.

• Google Gsuite experience setup and configure experience (will be an advantage).
• Understanding of DNS/DHCP.
• Strong networking knowledge is required.
Understanding of WLAN, WAN and LAN environments.
• Familiar with Ubiquiti products.
• Helpdesk knowledge and experience dealing with customers and understanding how to deliver clear and effective IT Support Services.
• Network Cabling, Wireless configuration and management TeamViewer support experience.
