Job summary

The Talent Room in George, South Africa is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to users both remotely and onsite. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, and assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent; IT certification/studies advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and grow within IT.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
