Qualifications

• Strong interest in IT support, systems administration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
• Familiarity with hardware components and their functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to Nelspruit for the in-office role.
• A relevant IT certification or technical diploma is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.
• Perform routine system maintenance, including updates and patching.
• Monitor server and network performance and respond to alerts.
• Help in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
