• Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing various hardware, software and applications effectively.
• Manage the organisations IT assets including hardware software licenses and inventory.
• Contribute to maintaining a secure IT environment by implementing security measures such as antivirus software, firewalls and access controls.
